At Jones Family Care Solutions, our Qualified Professionals ensure that individuals with IDD receive consistent, high-quality support tailored to their goals and daily needs. Our QPs focus on care coordination, service oversight, and compliance, working closely with families and support teams to promote independence and stability.
Our Direct Support Professionals provide hands-on assistance to help individuals with IDD build meaningful lives. DSPs promote independence by supporting daily living activities and social engagement in a safe and respectful environment.
Our program coordinators and caregivers are compassionate and dedicated to supporting the people we serve.
