Alternative Family Living (AFL) is a residential support service in which an individual lives in a private family home with a caregiver who provides ongoing supervision, assistance, and support. Services are individualized to promote independence, community participation, personal choice, daily living skills, and overall quality of life while maintaining a safe and supportive home environment.
Group Home services provide residential support to individuals who live together in a shared home setting. Trained staff provide supervision and assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, medication routines as applicable, household responsibilities, community participation, and development of independent living skills. The goal is to provide a safe, person-centered environment that promotes dignity, choice, independence, and community integration.
